What you'll be doing:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and provide proactive technical guidance for key accounts leading to
- Higher renewal rates
- Faster production deployment
- Higher implementation quality(less technical issues)
- Create custom success plans for each customer project by understanding business objectives and technical needs of customers and positioning business value leading to higher retention and growth, increased adoption, and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Drive adoption of Camunda within customers by identifying additional use cases, projects, and lines of business actively leading to additional vertical and horizontal expansion potential
- Establish trusting relationships with technical stakeholders of key accounts helping them to not only see the value Camunda is providing but also communicate that value to all stakeholders within the organization leading to increased customer loyalty and high customer satisfaction rates
- Work as an active part of the account team assisting in the execution of a Go-To-Market strategy leading to a tailored customer success approach for strategic accounts.
*This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here. Most of the customers that you’ll work with are based in the North American region and an overlap in working hours is required.
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Development for example
- A proven aptitude for critical thinking, innovative problem-solving, and tailoring software solutions to meet unique customer challenges and requirements.
- Hands-on attitude and a high level of self-motivation to deep-dive into scenarios you may not be super familiar with
- Fluency in English. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to a diverse audience, including those without a technical background.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25% of your time)
Nice to have:
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager role.
- Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, robotic process automation, or related fields.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are an asset.
- Comfort with state of the art technologies, in particular cloud technologies.

Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $129,600.00 to $194,400.00
- Germany: €86,200.00 to €129,300.00
- United Kingdom: £84,000.00 to £126,000.00
- Singapore: S$161,000.00 to S$241,500.00
