What you'll be doing:

Enablement & Training

  • Execute structured onboarding programs for Pre-Sales, Support, Consultants teams, ensuring they gain both technical and GTM-related skills.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify skill deficiencies and create enablement strategies to address them.
    • Collaborate with leadership to define required skill sets and create learning paths tailored to technical GTM roles they support.
  • Ensure that supported roles have a common set and level of knowledge regarding required tech.
  • Establish key metrics to measure enablement effectiveness and ensure alignment with execution goals.

Integration into GTM Motions

  • Facilitate seamless integration of roles into broader GTM motions, ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams (aka. Account teaming, sales play campaign etc. )
  • Help optimizing & refining processes
  • Ensure a shared understanding of the customer journey & Camunda way process across teams they support

Coaching & Development

  • Provide training/ coaching to roles on presentation skills, customer engagement, objection handling, and managing challenging conversations.
  • Support teams in bundling up skillets to deliver value-driven engagements with customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing to develop enablement programs that ensure deep understanding of product features, use cases, and positioning for customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Support leaders to ensure smooth transitions between Sales and Post-Sales and optimize handoffs.

What you bring:

  • Hands-on Product Knowledge & Technical Acumen – Ability and willingness to use and understand our product to effectively support technical GTM roles in delivering customer value.
  • Extensive GTM Experience – 7+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing, post-sales roles such as Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management, Consulting, and/or Product Support, with a strong focus on technical enablement and customer success.
  • Expertise in Enablement & Training Programs – Proven ability to develop and execute structured onboarding, training, and coaching programs that equip Pre-Sales, Support, and Consulting teams with both technical and GTM-related skills.
  • Operational Excellence in GTM Motions – Experience in facilitating seamless integration of technical roles into broader GTM motions, ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through account teaming, sales play campaigns, and process optimization.
  • Data-Driven Approach to Execution – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in gap analyses, tracking enablement effectiveness through key metrics, and making data-driven decisions to enhance customer and business outcomes.
  • Ability to Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience partnering across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build effective enablement programs and optimize role transitions.
  • Coaching & Development Expertise – Skilled in delivering training, coaching technical GTM roles, and developing learning paths that enhance presentation skills, customer engagement, objection handling, and guiding customers through complex solutions.
  • Commitment to Continuous Improvement & Innovation – Passion for refining enablement strategies, optimizing execution, and fostering a culture of learning that ensures GTM teams remain at the forefront of industry and product advancements

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $126,000.00 to $189,000.00
  • Germany: €83,800.00 to €125,700.00
  • United Kingdom: £81,700.00 to £122,500.00
  • Singapore: S$156,500.00 to S$234,800.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
