What You’ll Be Doing:

• Together with your team, you'll build our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities from the ground up as an integral part of Camunda's product stack. Allowing Camunda users to easily use RPA as part of their process orchestration projects.
• You will build and maintain the tools which will allow our users to design, configure and locally run their RPA automations, you own the integrated, end-to-end solution.
• You work with people in different roles (e.g., Product Management, Design, fellow Engineers), contribute your ideas and experience and shape Camundas RPA roadmap and product offering.
• You release working software every month and make sure it is usable for all users.

What You Bring:

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, including code writing, reviewing, testing, and refactoring.
• Ability to build an end to end integrated system with multiple parts, being able to: support frontend development, build and collaborate to server side components in Java (also from other teams). If needed you build small solutions in other languages to run RPA in local environments.
• Ability to design, and communicate solution architectures which ensure long-term, and easy maintainability of your software deliverables
• An interest in user-centered design and the web platform. We build tools people love.
• A pragmatic approach to getting things done.
• The ability to take others along (i.e. active participation in decisions and knowledge sharing).
• You thrive in taking ownership of the codebase, as well as how you deploy and operate software. You are comfortable with the “you build it, you run it” mindset.

• Experience with the framework robotframework.org

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

• United States: $126,800.00 to $190,100.00
  
• Germany: €84,300.00 to €126,500.00
• United Kingdom: £82,200.00 to £123,200.00
• Singapore: S$157,400.00 to S$236,100.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
