About the Role:
The Global Payroll Manager will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our global payroll operations. This position is responsible for processing payroll across multiple international locations, managing relationships with external payroll providers, and ensuring the accurate and timely booking of payroll entries into our ERP system, NetSuite. Additionally, the role involves handling complex commission calculations based on sales incentive plans, ensuring compliance with international payroll regulations, and performing monthly reconciliations.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and process the company's payroll for multiple international locations, including calculation of salaries, bonuses, and commissions.
- Oversee and review payroll prepared by various external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Rev Ops teams to ensure accurate employee data, benefits administration, and commission calculations.
- Accurately book payroll entries into the ERP system (NetSuite), ensuring alignment with financial reporting requirements.
- Take ownership of the entire payroll process, including process improvements and system enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accurately booking payroll entries into ERP systems.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll accounting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in handling complex commission structures and calculations.
- Experience with Leave of absence.
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., Gusto) and ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Fluency in German for German payroll processing preferred.
- Experience processing German timecards preferred.

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $98,000.00 to $146,900.00
- Germany: €65,200.00 to €97,700.00
- United Kingdom: £63,500.00 to £95,200.00
- Singapore: S$121,700.00 to S$182,500.00
