This role plays a crucial part in protecting our customers' critical infrastructure and reputation by delivering BT’s best service and support. You'll represent BT professionally, ensuring every interaction with customers and colleagues is respectful, courteous, and builds trust. What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver expert onsite 3rd line technical support, ensuring LBG’s enterprise network remains secure and efficient while addressing customer challenges with timely solutions.

  • Collaborate with customers and BT technical teams to design, implement, and support both new and existing technology infrastructure.

  • Handle diagnostics, project tasks, and independent engagement with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

  • Mentor and guide 1st/2nd line teams and 3rd line colleagues, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the technical community.

  • Partner with project managers, designers, and senior leaders to align technical solutions with business needs and objectives.

What we would like to see on your CV

  • Build strong relationships with customers, 3rd parties, and internal teams to foster collaboration and trust.

  • Bring networking experience in large enterprise networks with 100+ nodes, covering technologies like WAN, LAN, Security, Cloud, Wireless, Automation, Voice, and NetOps.

  • Promote collaborative practices and continuous improvement to achieve optimal outcomes for customers.

  • Provide expert solutions for complex technical infrastructure, meeting customer needs in the short, medium, and long term.

  • Showcase subject matter expertise across a wide range of technical products and services.
