Location: South West Region (Bristol and surrounding area)
Salary: £27,000 to £37,000 plus commission

As a Regional Business Sales Professional working across BT Group, you'll get a great sense of pride and satisfaction from delivering a best-in-class level of service, with an attractive personal reward scheme to match. What you’ll do:
- Put simply, you’ll generate new business sales for BT Group in and out of our retail store channels. But *how* you’ll do it is what will make the difference, for us and our customers.
- You’ll build relationships both internally and externally with customers and stakeholders, bringing first-class skills and behaviours to the role, all the better for championing our brands - and boosting revenue.
- You’ll be an expert in your field, with local (and wider knowledge) of the current market, and the ability to be flexible and alter your strategies based on that market insight. Influence and communication will be key in this role - but that’s something you’ll take in your stride, as you understand the pace and needs of the sales environment.
- You’ll be organised and self-sufficient of course, and ready to create outstanding commercial results - but even better customer experiences. You’ll be there to support your colleagues, and in return you’ll receive support and guidance for your own career progression.
