Why this job matters

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Management, Radianz, this role is crucial in the efficient management of SettleNet, costs, debt and various reporting and controlling activities within Radianz. The roleholder works in the Business management team that underpins the backend processes of the business. It contributes to the Radianz revenue and EBITDA targets. The role assures and governs of all costs and revenues for Radianz, from within BT, customers, partners and suppliers.

What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities

  • Managing cost assurance activities, resolving cost related issues and managing associated reporting.
  • Handling of SettleNET related queries, disputes and escalations, creating regular and ad hoc reports related to contracts and billing.
  • Managing debt, minimizing late payment and reducing overdue debt through working with billing team and customers to identify and solve any related issues.
  • Creating the monthly Sales Report, providing business insight to the Sales, Business management and Finance teams.
  • Management and control of activities of related key customer segments e.g. Financial Exchanges.

Skills required for the job

  • Knowledge and experience of Capital markets Eco System is an advantage.
  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements.
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to comprehend and to oversee various aspects of a problem or a situation.
  • Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution.

Experience you would be expected to have

  • Business & commercial experience.
  • Ability to negotiate with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Experience in a matrixed business environment.
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships at all levels both externally and internally.
  • Experience across multiple functions at operational levels is an advantage.
  • Track record of implementing business and commercial initiatives that positively affect performance against KPIs is an advantage.
