How;
• Collaborate with Radianz internal and systems/external teams to maintain consistency in supporting documentation, templates, processes used for Radianz network designs
• Collaborate/assess design of cost effective solutions for platform and client to coexist with existing standard Radianz solutions
• Collaborate across multiple geographies and internal boundaries
• Collaborate within Radianz Platform & Service Design to
• test and use capabilities of different platform approved CPEs and core/distribution devices & software
• review and support standard designs and incorporate solutions to standard solutions
• Improve ways of working showing a clear understanding of current business challenges to control/reduce cost and drive re-use
• Demonstrating technical SME in functional area
• Operating within an efficient Design Lifecycle
• Post go live solutions support

What you’ll be doing

• Work closely with Design Leads and Customer Solutions team to create and maintain proper supporting platform/customers designs/templates documentation, e2e processes
• Create re-use strategies or define new to efficiently drive the C2M, L2C , T2R journeys
• Vendor/Supplier evaluations & testing from a technology perspective
• Creating and/or delivering/managing certification plans
• Virtual team working
• Collaborating with OSS/BOSS IT/systems teams in life cycle of solutions for C2M, L2C and T2R for ensuring efficiency and accuracy on support of solutions/products

Skills required for the job

• Network design processes or proven experience on network delivery of medium level/complex solutions
• Design engineering principles including test case construct and execution
• Prioritisation of tasks based on business priorities
• Ideally Cisco/other network vendor/cloud qualified to an intermediate level, CCNP/CCNA
• High self-management across multiple work streams and dependencies
• Foundations/intermediate knowledge of DevOps/DevNet technologies: GIT, python/scripting programming languages, data models/format and methodologies: CD/CI

Experience you would be expected to have

Able to demonstrate a career involved with
o Designing/delivery new products and services
o orchestrating change to existing ones
o standardization and automation of deployment of designs/productions
Articulation of the business and operational risks involved in new and emerging technology and its adoption into a eco-system
Experience on other technical functions related to networking platforms : delivery, service assurance, network BSS/OSS system also considered
