Key Responsibilities

• Support presales teams in verifying and formulating technical solutions for IP networks.
• Support delivery teams by gathering technical requirements from customers to produce detailed technical project documents useful for configuration and support teams.
• Support teams in understanding the technical impacts of move & change requests from customers in operation.
• Implement technical changes, both simple and complex, focusing on installation, configuration, post-sales support, and troubleshooting of both wired and wireless network technologies.
• Perform periodic performance tuning activities to ensure network architecture efficiency.
• Create and update documentation (device configurations, detailed diagrams, etc.).

Requirements

• At least 3/4 years of experience in the Networking field, preferably with a background in system integration.
• Cisco CCNP certification required.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Availability for on-call duty and travel.

Required Specialized Knowledge

• Configuration and management of Enterprise networking solutions, LAN, Wi-Fi with predominant technologies such as Cisco/Fortinet/VMware/Palo Alto.
• Ability to configure advanced routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, etc.
• Experience in configuring and managing network access control (NAC) solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE/Aruba Clearpass).
• Experience in configuring and managing SDWAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, and VMware).
• Experience in configuring and managing network security solutions (Fortinet, Palo Alto).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in configuring and managing Cisco DNA solutions.
• Experience in configuring and managing Palo Alto Prisma SASE solutions.
• Similar skills with other vendors (e.g., Extreme, HPE, Huawei, etc.).
