As the Inside Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for driving new business across the regions corporate customer base. You will be vital in delivering profit streams from customers with low volume and value relationships with BT. This base holds our largest unidentified potential, you'll need to be resilient and self- motivated as you will be building relationships from scratch. What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for accurate forecasting on pipeline, creating strategy plans with customers across organisational boundaries.
- Manage leads from marketing campaign teams, providing detailed feedback, exploring potential sale potential.
- In charge of creating own contract sales right across the portfolio, working closely with product specialist to introduce their expertise into customer solutions, creating value.
- Support winning new business and bid process for high level opportunities, using research, data, analytics and commercial insights to drive sales and continual improvement.
- Accountable for assuring compliance with sales processes and our legal competition requirements, adhering to governance requirements of sales pay plan and sales incentives.

- Experience winning sales, tele-sales experience is desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering against targets, with accurate forecasting and consistent delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with C-suite stakeholders, and handle challenging customer predicaments.
- Confidence to challenge to status-quo, identifying effective and efficient routes, negotiating and building value within sales cycle.
- Ability to analyse market trends and customer demand to enhance sales performance.
