Missions Principales

En tant que Responsable Relations Sociales / Ressources Humaines, vous serez rattaché(e) au DRH et jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des Relations Sociales de l'entreprise. Vos missions s'articuleront autour de deux axes principaux avec une répartition distincte : le dialogue social et l'animation des relations sociales dans toutes leurs composantes comme mission principale (80% du temps environ) et d'autre par la gestion RH opérationnelle de plusieurs équipes de l'entreprise.

Dialogue Social et Relations Sociales

  • Animer le dialogue social et entretenir des relations constructives avec les instances représentatives du personnel.
  • Piloter l'agenda social et organiser la planification et l'organisation des réunions (en collaboration avec une chargée RH) ordinaires, et extraordinaires.
  • Co-animer (avec le DRH) les réunions du CSE, en assurer le suivi (planning, ordre du jour, convocations, comptes rendus, actions associées, etc.).
  • Préparer et animer les réunions des différentes commissions, et traiter/suivre les sujets associés.
  • Suivre les évolutions du droit social ayant un impact sur l'entreprise.
  • Piloter les négociations en collaboration avec le DRH, assurer le suivi des accords et veiller à leur bonne mise en œuvre.

Gestion RH Opérationnelle

  • Décliner le cycle RH et les différents process en vigueur dans l'entreprise, au sein des équipes dont vous avez la charge,
  • Assurer l'application rigoureuse des règles de l'entreprise et de la législation en vigueur
  • Apporter un support et un conseil aux managers dans le cadre de leur management opérationnel, en collaboration avec les équipes RH fonctionnelles;
  • Servir d'interface entre les équipes opérationnelles et la Direction pour toutes les décisions liées aux RH (recrutement, discipline, entretiens annuels, promotions, conflits, etc.).
  • Appliquer les procédures disciplinaires et gérer les départs (licenciements, ruptures conventionnelles, etc.) en faisant le lien avec notre conseil externe.
  • Suivre l'ensemble des aspects liés aux contrats de travail des salariés (rédaction, suivi des inaptitudes, etc.).
  • Prévenir les risques psychosociaux en collaboration avec la Responsable HSE et la Direction.
  • Accompagner le changement et soutenir les managers et les collaborateurs dans les processus de transition ou de changement.
  • Formation : Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac +5 en Droit social ou Ressources Humaines.
  • Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans en tant que Responsable Relations Sociales, et a minima d'une première expérience en gestion opérationnelle RH. L'expérience d'environnements internationaux et matriciels serait un plus non négligeable.
