Job Description

Location: Debrecen

Please note that this role requires colleagues to work in shifts and is based in Debrecen Office ( with hybrid working element to it (3 days from the office and two days from home).

Key responsibilities


• The role holder is responsible for the support of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) solutions within one or more disciplines. In scope there are the market-leading unified collaboration tools like Zoom, Ms Teams and Cisco WebEx beside BT's own services.
• Provides technical support, resolving escalated technical issues within their own work area. Part of the operational support is to ensure KPIs and agreed SLAs/SLTs are achieved.
• Delivers support on projects, carrying out elements of the research, analysis and/or delivery.
• Identifies and manages major incidents. Occasionally provides on the job training to other team members and keeps the customer informed.
• The role involve liaising with internal, external and third party suppliers, coordinate inter-working testing and fault isolation / repair. Responsible for monitoring event management systems.
