Key purpose of this role:
This is a role for an a Account Manager leading a group of T800 accounts in the International and Wholesale Banking-US vertical, within International Markets.
The successful candidate will be experienced at conversing at the CxO level, ideally with a personal network and a proven track record / reputation for success in hunting for new business across new and existing clients. The role holder has overall responsibility and provides the leadership for interfacing with the client for sales opportunities. A background knowledge of the Global Financial Services/US Banking market is strongly preferred.
What you'll be doing:
Sales
• To develop strategies and objectives to address the needs of our client that achieve account growth aspirations, close new business opportunities, and increase customer satisfaction.
• To develop successful and sustainable long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.
• To understand and drive the P&L of proposed customer solutions in conjunction with delivery partners
Business Development
• To lead and be accountable for key Business Development opportunities.
• To maintain high and influential relationships both internal and external, to draw opportunities to successful closure.
• To contribute to the leadership and management of the business, leading Digital Transformation discussions.
Strategy
• Creating strong, deliverable account plans • To create a wide network within and across the business, to influence Global strategy to support the achievement of client objectives.
• To seek innovative ways to expand new services and initiatives across the accounts.
The skills and experience you'll need:
• Self-motivated, hardworking and resourceful in their approach, bringing energy and enthusiasm as well as tenacity - to drive decision making and successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders and opportunities.
• Customer relationship management up to C level
• Sales growth
• P&L management
• People leadership experience
• Global sales experience
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to articulate technical and complex business issues and work with senior level customers and BT executives
• Strong sales client engagement, pipeline building, opportunity qualification, deal management, business case generation, deal closure & handover
• Excellent influencing and commercial skills
• Manage revenue and gross margin for a cluster of global accounts and also manage sales performance and strategic growth of account
• Manage E2E customer journey interfacing with Delivery & Service on delivery process and key customer issues
• Working in a matrixed environment managing virtual teams of experts.
• Experience in working in the Global Financial Services/ US Banking market is strongly preferred

Base salary range of $115k - $135k, dependent on experience, with an OTE of $189,750 - $222,750 at 100% target
