Eligibility

You will need to be able to get SC clearance and N-PPV3 clearance. This means having UK citizenship and having lived and remained in the UK for the last 5 years.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide 24x7 2nd line support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and issues.
  • Take ownership of your performance, including mandatory training and compliance.
  • Excel under pressure, delivering high-quality results even in challenging situations.
  • Plan and execute complex changes to ensure sustained service across various products and solutions.
  • Share technical knowledge across BMS through continuous improvement processes and coaching.
  • Stay updated on changes to existing, emerging, and new technologies to meet business and customer objectives.

Skills we would like to see from you

  • Excellent 2nd line IT/technical support experience
  • General experience of supporting a broad range of applications including Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, Cloud, Citrix, Azure, AWS, VMWare & Nutanix
  • Must be able to obtain SC & NPPV security clearances
  • Understanding of the workings of a Service Desk and ITIL aligned processes
  • Effective listening skills and excellent attention to detail
