You will provide essential support and delivery of infrastructure and End User Computing within Business Managed Services (BMS).

What you’ll be doing

  • Take ownership of personal development and strive to continually improve skills to enhance job performance.

  • Plan complex changes and ensure successful delivery to maintain sustained service across various products and solutions.

  • Share technical knowledge across BMS through Continuous Improvement processes and coaching.

  • Stay updated on changes to existing, emerging, and new technologies to meet business and customer objectives.

  • Manage workload and delivery to meet key performance indicators and implement solutions promptly to meet service level agreements

Skills we would like to see from you

  • Solve problems and apply technical knowledge

  • Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement and coaching

  • Good interpersonal skills, polite telephone manner and work under pressure

  • Understanding of the workings of a Service Desk and ITIL aligned processes

  • Effective listening skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload
