What you’ll be doing
You'll be providing excellent PA support to the Group Head of Claims by managing their daily activities and ensuring they're always prepared.
This involves coordinating schedules, responding to emails, and liaising with clients and service providers. You'll also organize key meetings, both internally and externally, and ensure all materials are ready in advance.
On a monthly and quarterly basis, you'll schedule important internal meetings, including Claims Town Hall meetings, and prioritize committee and market meetings. You'll also coordinate the onboarding process for new team members.
Budget management is crucial. You'll handle the annual budgeting process, track budgets, and oversee travel expenses. Additionally, you'll manage invoices and ensure they are coded correctly.
Event and travel coordination will be part of your role, ensuring all arrangements are seamless. You'll organize claims events and other important meetings.
You'll handle document management by assembling monthly management packs and ensuring all necessary group policies are finalized and signed off. Sourcing management information and providing ad-hoc project support are also key responsibilities.
