What you’ll be doing
A superb opportunity to further your insurance career within our motivated and inclusive Delegated Authorities team. Fully utilising your existing knowledge of insurance industry practices and current regulatory requirements, including Lloyd’s & FCA requirements for Coverholder management, you’ll play a key role in co-ordinating and overseeing the annual risk-based plan for both coverholders and delegated claims administrators.
With responsibility for maintaining internal quality assurance controls within DUMU, you’ll act as point of contact for all external auditors on our panel. You’ll make recommendations to the Delegated Management Committee of appointments and removal of auditors from the panel; maintaining contractual arrangements and ongoing performance assessment and feedback against agreed standards.
Additionally, your guidance and support will be called upon in mentoring and training to other members of the Delegated Underwriting team in respect of coverholder and DCA audits. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be required when assisting in undertaking renewals and new binder business reviews during peak seasonal renewal periods.
No day is ever the same and you’ll benefit from the full support of the team and wider business in your day-to-day activities and career progression moving forward.
We welcome everyone wholeheartedly
We’ve got a truly diverse, genuinely inclusive work environment. We comfortably and confidently bring our whole selves to work, because we know we’ll be respected, valued and accepted whoever we are.
