Your Mission 💪

Our Bids and Tenders Team are pivotal to realizing our growth strategy. They are the driving force behind securing customer requirements, Public Sector Framework Agreements, and corporate opportunities. With profound commercial and technical insights into boxxe, they manage the whole tendering process. The bids and tenders team empower our account managers to craft compelling responses, deliver Bid Management, and offer Proposal Writing services for both public and private sectors.

As a key player in this team, you'll orchestrate end-to-end processes, collaborating closely with the sales team to shape responses and proposals. Bid Coordinators, along with Bid Writers and Administrators, ensure our capabilities shine consistently, crafting responses that secure success against customer needs.

How you’ll fit in to the big picture ✨

As a crucial team member, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology Solutions, and Partner Teams to shape winning themes and strategies. Your role also involves championing the bids and tenders process across our organization.

You'll excel in supporting responses for boxxe's engagements in the Public and Private Sectors, especially within framework agreements. Your skill set will be pivotal in winning high-value projects through the ITT and bids process. Join us in propelling boxxe's growth forward.

What you’ll be doing 🎯

  • Facilitate tender responses.
  • Supervise bid progress company-wide and with bid writers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bids, using Microsoft Teams and relevant collaboration tools.
  • Lead kick-off and storyboarding meetings in coordination with the team.
  • Maintain accurate Management Information, updating stakeholders on bid progress and success.
  • Innovate to enhance Bids Team efficiency.
  • Provide training within the Bids Team and to Sales Teams regarding the bids process and public sector procurement inquiries.

  • Collaborative team player who can meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills for working with teams, reporting, and interacting with partners and customers
  • Experience in assessing tender responses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and bid processes
  • Essential experience in proposal coordination and management
  • APMP Foundation qualification or willingness to obtain
  • Technical or IT industry knowledge
