Join us as a Workday Integration Consultant on our Information Technology team at our Bangalore - Hybrid, India location to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

In this role as a Workday Integration Consultant, you will support and maintain the organization’s HRIS applications and modules.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Should have excellent and proven Workday technical skills like Web services/ APIs

• Should have extensive working experience on Calculated fields in integrations, data migrations

• Should have excellent hands on experience on various Workday Integration technologies like (Studio, EIB, Core connectors, PECI/PICOF), minimum 2-3 years exclusive workday experience is required

• Should have functional knowledge on at least 2 Workday modules (Core HCM/Payroll interface/Comp&Ben/Recruitment etc)

• Should have hands on experience of working with Workday Business objects/ Data sources

• Should have experience in creating Workday Reports / Dashboard

• Primary skills: Oracle Human Capital Management->Workday Human Capital Management (Workday/ Workday HCM),Workday

• Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for a variety of customer contracts including ad-hoc support, and implementation.

• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.

• Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.

• Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production customers.

Essential Requirements

• Overall 10+ years of Experience and 7+ years’ experience with Workday

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.

• Must have active Workday Certification.

• Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projects is an advantage.

• Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.

• Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools.

• Previous experience with other ERP Financials and/or Procurement technology (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft) is an advantage.

• Understanding of HCM functional modules – Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Performance etc. will be preferred.

• Understanding of Workday application development methodologies, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
