Senior Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales), Remote - Dubai

As a Senior Solution Consultant covering Dubai, Saudi and Qatar, you'll be the bridge between our innovative technology and the diverse needs of our clients. You'll dive deep into Boomi AtomSphere solutions, becoming an expert whose insights shape how businesses integrate and automate their processes. Your role is pivotal in crafting and demonstrating tailored strategies that resonate with everyone from technical architects to C-suite executives, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with customer objectives. With a supportive team and a product that's leading the market, you'll have the resources to excel and the satisfaction of driving real business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Grasp client business requirements to facilitate workshops and meetings effectively. Collect feedback to guide enhancements in solutions. Monitor and address client satisfaction concerns to maintain positive engagement.
• Design tailored solutions that address client requirements and demonstrate their potential through prototypes and demos. Analyze and optimize client workflows, ensuring alignment with Boomi AtomSphere's capabilities. Guarantee that solutions comply with industry best practices and standards.
• Provide expert guidance on the Boomi AtomSphere platform, ensuring its capabilities are fully leveraged. Mentor junior consultants in designing and implementing solutions. Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and develop best practices for deployment and integration. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into language that non-technical clients can easily understand. Gather and relay stakeholder feedback to inform continuous product improvement. Conduct regular status meetings to keep stakeholders updated on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Maths or similar field
• Certification in Boomi AtomSphere or similar integration platform
• 5+ years with enterprise solution consulting
• 3+ years with business process automation and integration
• 4+ years in a client-facing technical role
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing workflows
• Ability to create prototypes and demos for solution presentations
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for integration
• Experience in conducting technical workshops and meetings
• Skill in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experience with continuous product improvement processes
• Ability to mentor junior consultants in solution design and implementation
• Experience in stakeholder communication and feedback collection
• Proven track record of driving business transformation through technology solutions
• History of successful solution implementations that have increased efficiency or revenue
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects to completion
• Evidence of maintaining high client satisfaction and positive engagement in previous roles

Bonus points if you have:

• Arabic language skills
• Experience in value-based selling
• Software Engineering / Development knowledge
• Passionate about helping to shape the digital transformation of large organisations

Compensation, Benefits, Reward and Recognition

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are highly competitive (inclusive of commission). Base compensation is determined by various factors including geographic location and the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
