Job Overview:
Boomi. is in search of a highly skilled and detail-oriented Community Cloud Developer/Admin with a strong emphasis on Quality Assurance to join our team in Bangalore. As a Community Cloud Developer/Admin at Boomi., you will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and ensuring the quality of our Salesforce Community Cloud solutions, facilitating a seamless and engaging experience for our customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
Community Cloud Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of Salesforce Community Cloud to design, develop, configure, and maintain community portals that align with business objectives.
Quality Assurance: Act as the primary point person for quality assurance and testing activities, ensuring that all Community Cloud solutions meet the highest standards for performance, usability, and security.
Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, and integration testing, to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Customization: Customize and extend Salesforce Community Cloud using Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and declarative development tools to enhance functionality and user experience.
Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Community Cloud and external systems, maintaining data consistency and accuracy.
Technical Design: Create and maintain technical design documentation to illustrate solution architecture, data models, and system workflows.
User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and improve system usability.
Release Management: Participate in the release management process, including change set deployment, version control, and version upgrades.
Quality Documentation: Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for system enhancements, optimizations, and the implementation of best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 4 Years of Overall experience.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Community Cloud Developer/Admin with a strong emphasis on Quality Assurance.

Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative development tools.

Strong experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST/SOAP APIs.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
