Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the development, activity and performance for the AMER Renewals team
- Work with the Global Renewals Director to strategize and implement on continued improvements and efficiencies as we grow the Renewals Organization
- Be part of recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and training of new employees in the AMER Region
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review Renewals pipeline, results and strategies
- Conduct weekly goal-oriented Rep pipeline review and coaching sessions to assess the capabilities, motivators, and aspirations of each team member and partner with them to fully develop their potential and success
- Can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships
- Works with other AMER Regional Leaders as it pertains to cross-functional success (Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Finance, etc.)
- Create and maintain a high-energy culture built on empowerment, creativity and fun
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years with proven success record in Management/Leadership role within Renewals, Account Management and/or Customer Success in Software or Technology Sales
- Experience with complex Enterprise Renewals/Accounts and effectively working with C Level Executives in order to drive Renewal to on-time closure
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Attention to detail and process are imperative; Team Player with collaborative mindset
- Track record of over-achieving goals/quota in past positions
- Experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS)
Compensation:
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges from $195,840 - $293,760 CAD annually. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
