Overview: This position is part of the Solution Engineering Operations team that supports the Global Solution Engineering organization in delivering high-quality, scalable RFx responses.

The role focuses on contributing to the development of accurate, compelling, and consistent technical responses, while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, presales, product, security, and legal teams. The individual will play a key role in ensuring submissions are well-structured, aligned with Boomi’s value proposition, and delivered within defined timelines.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-facing narratives. A solid foundation in integration and iPaaS technologies, along with sound technical judgment and effective collaboration, is essential to support high-quality proposal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to RFx processes (RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires) by supporting planning, coordination, and the timely delivery of high-quality responses

• Manage assigned sections or workstreams within RFx submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with overall response strategy

• Develop, review, and refine technical content across Boomi capabilities, including Integration & Automation, API Management, Data Management, and AI

• Translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and customer-facing responses while maintaining consistency in messaging and tone

• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Product teams, Security, Legal, and other SMEs to gather inputs and validate technical content

• Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of reusable content libraries, templates, and standard responses

• Identify opportunities for content reuse, standardization, and efficiency in the proposal development process

• Ensure technical responses are aligned with customer requirements by collaborating with presales and solution engineering teams for context and validation

• Aligned working schedule to maintain key overlap with US EST hours for cross-regional engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech degree (or equivalent practical experience)

• 10–16 years of professional experience in presales, solution engineering, RFx/proposal development, or related roles

• Good understanding of the Boomi platform, including Integration, API Management, Master Data Hub, and AI capabilities

• Familiarity with the RFx lifecycle, with experience contributing to technical RFP/RFI responses and questionnaires

• Strong technical writing and editing skills, with attention to detail in structure, tone, and accuracy

• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and geographies

• Experience working in fast-paced environments with distributed/global teams

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines with a high level of accountability

• Understanding of SaaS/cloud-based architectures and enterprise IT landscapes
