Reporting to the Vice President of License Compliance, the License Compliance Auditor will partner with our customers and sales team to effectively manage the global license compliance audit function. In this role you will be responsible for measuring and reporting on customer usage of Boomi IP compared to their entitlements, and supporting those reports for both internal and external discussions.
What you'll do:
Manage the global License Compliance Audit function from end-to-end
Engage with product and IT teams to develop and implement programs to drive consistent, scaled audit programs on all Boomi products and customers
Oversee the building of license and compliance audit to effectively serve customer needs, prioritize tasks, and integrate with other company-wide systems
Explore, investigate and analyze the real business data and situation of the customer. Qualify, validate and confirm the compliance assessment related to the customer. Engage with the sales team for a resolution.
Plan and execute the license audit process for the company along with any 3rd party audits required in the field
The experience you bring:
Minimum 6 + years of progressive experience working in a relevant technology/SaaS environment, specifically in Licensing Compliance & Audit
Extensive experience engaging with customers and sales personnel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with Sales Executives, Customers and Key Stakeholders

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position begins at $96,173 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
