The role:
We are looking for an experienced Gainsight Administrator to join the Boomi Customer Success Operations team. This role is an integral contributor to the success of our customers and our customer success strategy. You will be responsible for the administration, architecture, and governance of Gainsight as well as the setup, scalability and performance of the platform. You will develop workflows that support and, where possible, automate customer success processes. The ideal candidate will have a knack for translating business requirements into effective solutions and spotting new opportunities to expand Gainsight’s adoption and use at Boomi.

You will:

  • Be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Gainsight

  • Monitor system performance and provide day-to-day end user support to all levels of the customer success and sales organizations

  • Implement and maintain Gainsight components of customer success processes and programs

  • Partner with RevOps and the success leadership team to define and visualize metrics and data to inform the business about the health of our customers and the performance of our customer success organization

  • Capture business requirements from customer-facing stakeholders to ensure that all improvements are designed with the customer in mind

  • Lead functional interaction with Gainsight

  • Organize trainings and perform change management efforts to optimize the adoption and success of the Gainsight platform

  • Act as a process and functional guide to the Sales & CS teams, including but not limited to license management, troubleshooting, tool enhancements and day to day tool administration

  • Develop and maintain user documentation and training as necessary


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Gainsight Administration experience (certification a plus)

  • Knowledge of customer success, including key metrics, processes, and best practices

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of applications

  • Clear communication with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

  • Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness and follow-through

  • Proven ability to "figure it out" and adapt to new challenges; we’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, tackle challenges, and solve problems independently


Even better if you have:

  • Gainsight level III certification

  • Relevant college or graduate degree

  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company

  • Experience in the integration / IPaaS space

  • Data analysis skills

Compensation

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from Level 8 $104,000-$156,000 or Level 9 $139,000- $174,000 CAD annually + applicable commission or bonus. This role’s level is dependent on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and geographic location.
