#LI-VC1 FP&A Analyst - G&A World-leading approaches in finance are fundamental to our success. Our Financial Analysis team has a broad and important responsibility. We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.Join us as a Manager, Corporate FP&A on our FP&A team in Bangalore, India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve:
The Manager, Corporate FP&A will primarily be responsible for analyzing financial statements, assessing near term and long term liquidity positions, and reporting the consolidated forecast, budget and actual cash flow senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the global cash flow planning and analysis, supporting executive level presentations and performing ad hoc projects.
You will:

  • Assist G&A functions with monthly close & accrual process
  • Run monthly purchase orders report and match with actuals
  • Help clean up open purchase orders and reclass expenses
  • Maintain actuals vs forecast/budget tracker
  • Vendor communication - reach out to vendors monthly to get invoices/service rendered estimates
  • Run Netsuite reports and summarize findings
  • Streamline/automate processes
  • Other various projects related to data cleanup

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support month-end and quarter-end processes.
  • Gather, define, and drive requirements for and prioritize projects to improve reporting functionality, accuracy, and automation.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and data support for business teams and finance leadership.
  • Enhance existing forecasting models.
  • Build executive level presentations highlighting the quarterly financial results.
  • Consult on company-wide forecasting activities.
  • Recommend and deliver improvements and provide scoping documents for system and process enhancements.

Competencies/Skills:

  • Excellent communication, analytical, written and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with global finance teams. Ability to communicate with senior level management teams and cross functional teams.
  • Established record in managing multiple and competing priorities. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite and Adaptive a plus.
  • Prior experience in private-equity or public SaaS companies desired.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience

Other Requirements:

  • Location: Bangalore based
  • Shift: US Eastern business hours
