As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Trainer, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing training programs to enhance the effectiveness and impact of our SDR team in generating pipeline production. Collaborating closely with Sales leadership, you will identify training needs, create customized development plans, and conduct regular coaching sessions to optimize performance and efficiency.
Your role also involves being the expert on marketing technology tools such as Alyce, Mutiny, and Salesloft, empowering SDRs to leverage these tools effectively in generating high-quality pipeline within key accounts. Additionally, you will integrate Boomi's sales methodologies, market positioning, and competitive insights with SDR best practices and technologies to drive pipeline generation across different business segments and regions.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and deliver SDR training programs focused on sales best practices, processes, velocity/activity data, and technology, all in an effort to amplify SDR impact for pipeline production..

Collaborate with SDR and Sales leadership to identify training needs and gaps to create tailored development plans for individual teams and team members.

Conduct regular coaching sessions to provide feedback, address performance gaps, reinforce positive behavior, and further optimize processes to maximize efficiency.

Partner closely with SDRs and SDR leadership to ensure all sequences, workflows, and SDR enablement processes align to our demand programs and operational models.

Be the marketing technology expert for the SDR team, particularly how they can use technology like Alyce, Mutiny, and Salesloft to produce quality pipeline within high propensity accounts.

Understand and effectively combine Boomi’s sales methodologies, market positioning, and competitive positioning with all inbound and outbound SDR best practices & technologies to create pipeline across the business, regions, and segments.
The Experience You Bring:

6+ years of experience working in a demand generation, sales development or marketing operations capacity, preferably in B2B SaaS.

Proven track record of success in sales coaching or training roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technology tools (e.g., CRM systems, sales automation software).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and provide constructive feedback.

Demonstrated ability to adapt training approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners and learning styles.

Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving performance improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in the US begins at $132,216 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
