Account Manager – Commercial France

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

About the Role

Boomi is seeking a high-potential Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Sales team, supporting the French market. This is an exciting opportunity for an B2B sales professional who wants to develop their skills in a world-class SaaS environment while working with leading organisations on meaningful digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while also driving new business acquisition across the French Commercial segment (€0 – €1B revenue). You will engage with some of the largest and most recognised organisations in France, helping them modernise their business processes, integration, and data management strategies using Boomi’s industry-leading platform.

This is a hybrid “hunting and farming” role, offering exposure to the full end-to-end sales lifecycle.

You will be based in Barcelona, working three days per week from our modern, collaborative office in Poble Nou, and two days remotely.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to negotiation and close, across both net-new and existing customer opportunities.

  • Drive proactive outbound activity using multiple channels to identify, engage, and qualify key decision-makers within target accounts.

  • Build a strong understanding of customer challenges and clearly articulate how Boomi’s solutions address their business and technical needs.

  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.

  • Work both directly with customers and indirectly through Boomi’s partner ecosystem to progress opportunities.

  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level business leaders, positioning yourself as a credible business advisor.

  • Leverage your growing knowledge of Boomi’s platform, products, and services to help customers shape their digital transformation strategies.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Native-level French and fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Several years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS.

  • Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions in a relevant domain.

  • Confidence negotiating and closing complex commercial deals in the French market.

  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC (advantageous and will support a faster ramp-up).
