About the role

The Senior Delivery Lead is a critical role, working with a mix of disciplines to help bring about change and enabling others to make great things happen.

You’ll be working as part of a cross-functional team that is made up of everyone you need to deliver end to end web and mobile experiences which reach millions of users globally. You’ll also contribute to large initiatives which impact the business at an operational level, interacting with people at the start of their careers and those at C-Level.

As a Senior Delivery Lead, your responsibility is to enable and lead those around you through great facilitation, servant leadership and implementing the right behaviours and frameworks to ensure a positive and capable team. You’ll lead activities across multiple squads and work closely with other leaders to deliver meaningful experiences to our users in a predictable and flexible way.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cross-functional delivery projects influencing all areas of the business, including a continual planning process. You’re able to identify dependencies across the business and coordinate delivery.
• Communication and storytelling is key, being able to identify and work through opportunities and challenges that come your way.
• Coach and empower other teams and individuals to achieve their best.
• Build and collaborate with your team on ways of working, frameworks, tools and practices to build capability to achieve shared goals.
• Build trusting relationships with those around you to facilitating aligned plans and roadmaps to meet stakeholder and user needs.
• Hold context and accountability within your Tribe, ensuring those around you are focused and tenacious.
• Guide the tribe through ambiguity and implement change that impacts product teams, the business and the Delivery Chapter.
• Encourage and champion Blexr values and behaviours, being seen to incorporate these into your and others work.

About you

• Experienced in leading and delivering tech programs, digital products from inception to delivery.
• Experienced in leading complex, large cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfortable in challenging existing organisational processes, identifying opportunities and the ability to simplify complex processes or problems.
• Experienced in working and communicating closely across all levels and departments, building relationships and fostering collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of working in agile and demonstrable experience in rolling out broad frameworks and tools to support that culture.
• Analytical and have extensive problem-solving experience in ambiguous fast paced environments.
• Experienced with delivery metrics to help make informed decisions for the delivery of your team
• Comfortable with leading initiatives and knowing how to empower others to lead.
• Experienced in productivity tooling, such as Jira, Notion and Miro.
