About the role

Pay band depending on experience

UK - £58k-£68k

EU - €40k-€48k

All of our roles are fully remote as long as you are based in the UK, Spain or Malta

The Senior Account Manager is an exciting role to make a commercial difference to our business at source. Being a senior member of our sales team, you are responsible for brokering commercial deals for some of the best products in the industry while also ensuring we drive mutual benefit for us and our partners.

The Senior Account Manager will work with the Head of Commercial to ensure we deliver a first class operator facing experience that builds strong, lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with like minded operators in the industry.

You’ll be responsible for sharing your knowledge and experience with our commercial team and supporting them in their professional development, improving their contextual knowledge of the iGaming industry, and advocate a healthy pragmatic approach to sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Build win-win partnerships with midsize and most important clients Blexr has
  • Stay on top of market trends that impact Blexr and our partners to fully understand what partners really want, need and the leverage that exists.
  • Find and negotiate partners in emerging or underperforming markets while maintaining partner data for the company’s CRM system
  • Analyze product performance and develop solutions that improve revenue and commercial performance of the product
  • Broker deals with partners and ensuing commercial agreements are to the mutual benefit of both supplier and vendor
  • Communicate with both our partners and internal teams to ensure smooth “deal-to-product” process
  • Work closely with other departments to determine best markets, volumes, and types of traffic to pursue
  • Represent the company at various conferences, exhibitions and networking events

About you

  • Proven commercial / sales experience (3+ years) within iGaming
  • Very good command of the English language, both verbal and written (native level speaker)
  • Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Smart, proactive, efficient, creative and objective-driven
  • Able to understand partner and market needs, and translate into action
  • Able to see the bigger picture and put the company first
