Job Description

You Have Experience In:

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for SM product lines, contributing to overall regional sales objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans for key accounts and territories, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for healthcare professionals, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and clinical value.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, laboratory managers, and procurement personnel.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and provide valuable feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Marketing, Clinical Applications, Customer Service, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training programs to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.

Backgrounds That Help You Success:

• Possessing Nursing and laboratory medicine
• Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device, in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), or healthcare industry, preferably with experience in laboratory products or specimen management.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of hospital laboratory operations, diagnostic workflows, and clinical needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at various levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
