職務概要
医療現場の課題解決を通じて、担当地域のビジネス成長を牽引する営業職です。医師・看護師・臨床検査技師との対話から、院内各部門の課題やニーズを把握。現場に合った製品を提案し、関連情報の提供から導入までを支援します。

競争力のある採血関連製品を強みに、営業チームや関連部門の知見・支援を活かしながら、戦略立案から案件創出、採用までを主体的に進めます。提案力・戦略性・実行力を磨き、自ら市場を切り拓くことで、医療への貢献と営業としての成長を実感できるポジションです。

職務内容
* 担当地域における顧客訪問、製品説明、デモンストレーションの実施

* 顧客のニーズを特定し、最適な製品ソリューションを提案

* 担当エリアの成長に向けた戦略立案・実行

* 導入から継続使用までの顧客サポート

* 市場・競合分析によるビジネス機会の発掘

* 成果につながる活動管理と振り返り

* 社内関連部署（マーケティング、製品開発など）との連携

翼状針、採血管を含む採血関連製品

応募資格
* 営業経験3年以上
* 普通自動車運転免許
* 大学卒以上

望ましい経験・スキル

* 医療機器業界営業経験者だと尚可

* 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉力

* 目標達成への強い意欲と自律性

* チームプレイヤーでありながら、独立して業務を遂行できる方

* PCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
