Job Description

【職務概要】
関東エリアにおけるMDS/VAM製品群の売上目標達成と顧客満足度向上に貢献する。

担当施設との強固な関係を構築し、製品知識、臨床知識、ビジネス戦略を駆使して、ソリューション提案を行う。

【主な職務内容】
・担当エリア（関東）の医療機関におけるMDS/VAM製品群の販売・マーケティング活動
・担当施設との信頼関係構築と維持、キーパーソンとの良好なコミュニケーション
・製品デモンストレーション、プレゼンテーション、ハンズ・オントレーニングの実施
・顧客ニーズの把握と、ニーズに合わせたソリューション提案
・競合他社製品情報の収集と分析
・社内関連部署（マーケティング、カスタマーサービス等）との連携
・売上目標達成に向けた活動計画の策定と実行
・市場動向、競合情報、顧客ニーズ等の情報収集と分析
・顧客への技術的なサポートとトレーニング
・営業報告書の作成と提出
・各種イベント、学会への参加

【本ポジションの魅力】

末梢静脈カテーテルやPICCといった患者様の治療に日常的に使われる部材での製品特徴や優位性をご理解いただき、患者様・医療従事者の最適なデバイス選択を通じて、より長くより安全に使用いただくことで治療に貢献できます。

また、新製品ローンチ中でありシェア拡大中です。

【応募資格】

・大卒以上

・医療機器業界における営業経験３年以上 の方

・普通自動車運転免許
・全国転勤可能な方

・英語に抵抗がなく、今後学ぶ意思のある方

【望ましいスキル・経験】
・PCスキル（Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
・自発的に行動し、チームワークを重視できる方
・変化に柔軟に対応できる方
・高い倫理観を持ち、誠実な対応ができる方
