What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you will support daily manufacturing operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating production machinery and manufacturing processes

• Troubleshooting equipment and process issues to minimize downtime

• Performing preventive maintenance activities including cleaning, servicing, and replacement of components

• Monitoring, recording, and maintaining machine and process parameters

• Conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

• Managing and containing non-conforming products in accordance with quality standards

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and production projects

• Maintaining accurate production, material, waste, and downtime records within MES systems

• Performing material handling activities including packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading

• Conducting visual inspections using microscopes and inspection equipment

• Ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and quality requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Secondary School, N-Level, O-Level, SPM, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma qualification

• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing cleanroom and/or production environment

• Able to commit to a permanent Day Shift or permanent Night Shift

• Able to stand for extended periods during work activities

• Manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
