Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l’unité Pharmaceutical Systems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD.
LE DEPARTEMENT
Au sein du site du Pont-de-Claix (38), vous intégrerez le service Amélioration Continue.
VOTRE MISSION
Rattaché(e) au Responsable du service Amélioration continue et en étroite collaboration avec les services Supports, les principales missions sont :
Le support au déploiement de l’Autonomous Maintenance et de la Maintenance Préventive au sein du site
Vos responsabilités seront notamment :
Ce projet entre dans les projets clés d’amélioration du site ; cette démarche est déployée sur l’ensemble des 6 UAP du site.
En complément, vous serez amené(e) à participer à l'activité quotidienne du service Amélioration Continue (Réunion de performance – TMS, Shingijustu workshop, etc…).
VOTRE PROFIL
Formation :
Vous êtes étudiant(e) de profil scientifique et vous préparez un bac +5 (Master 2 ou Ingénieur). Une première expérience en Lean est un réel atout.
Aptitudes :
Dynamique, rigoureux(se), organisé(e), vous savez également faire preuve d'esprit d'initiative et d'un réel esprit d'équipe. Un bon niveau d'anglais (écrit et oral) serait apprécié.
Vous souhaitez évoluer au sein d’une petite équipe dynamique et polyvalente. La taille humaine du site est une opportunité de découvrir la diversité des activités d’un site de production.

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
Salary Range Information
€24 500,00 - €35 525,00 EUR Annual
4 office days / week – Based on location and role requirements.
A little flex time – Based on role requirements.
