Job Title: Talent & Learning Administrator

Salary: £23,088

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver administrative support across a variety of activities
  • Handle purchase orders and invoice processing efficiently
  • Organise instructor-led classes and manage delegate coordination
  • Maintain and update training records, certifications, and licensing requirements in relevant systems
  • Emphasise continuous improvement by seeking ways to enhance our processes and activities
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with service users
  • Uphold internal and external quality and compliance standards in both service activities and associated systems
  • Ensure data is processed and managed in accordance with GDPR legislation and internal policies

Your skills and experiences:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience of using SuccessFactors and ServiceNow would be advantageous

Join our dynamic Talent & Learning Team, which is divided into three key areas: E-Learning, Change & Improvement, and Service Delivery. This exciting opportunity is within the Service Delivery section, responsible for managing transactional activities across Learning, Purchasing, Performance, and Development, all organised by specific tasks. The Service Delivery section comprises 26 dedicated professionals, 3 Team Leaders, and a Team Manager, making up over 50% of the Talent & Learning team.
