Job Title: Senior Test Systems Hardware Engineer
Location: Rochester – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 depending on expeirence
What you’ll be doing:
- Working in a team environment with the development of Test Equipment solutions that support the complex and demanding requirements of the diverse variety of Products developed at the Rochester site
- Test Equipment in following areas:
- Systems Requirements and Validation
- Hardware Design
- Hardware Integration
- Safety
- Estimation
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Senior level Test Systems equivalent technical skills with Hardware with a good awareness of Systems and Software
- Team Player and the ability to pick things up quickly
- Able to prioritise and manage your own work with the minimal guidance
Desirable:
- Experience of working in an engineering environment
- Experience of Test Equipment design
- Educated to minimum of HNC level or equivalent
- Experience of the full Hardware design life cycle

The Test Systems Engineering team:
You will be working on active projects developing application hardware used to test and simulate various avionic systems.
Test Systems provides equipment used to develop and test components such as Head-Up Displays, mission and flight control computers, and flight controls.
