Job Description
Job Title: Senior Project Professional
Location: Warton or Samlesbury. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – this role is hybrid, with a minimum requirement of 60% of time on site. Please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role.
Salary: £47,683 – £52,426 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Working within a multi-disciplined team ensuring that both the customers and business requirements are met
- Controlling and monitoring projects so that they are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality requirements, regularly reviewing and reporting on progress against plan
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with sub-contractors, customers and other stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are achieved
- Manage emerging risks and opportunities to the benefit of the project or programme
- Supporting bid and tendering processes to ensure bids meet customer needs
- Developing accurate estimates in support of bids, annual budgets or cost to completion, and evaluate ‘spend to date’ data
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience within a similar role working on complex projects is required
- A willingness to take on people management responsibilities within the team is essential
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation with strong stakeholder management experience is required
- Degree or equivalent experience in a business-related subject, a formal project management qualification or working towards
- Experience working in a complex environment
