Job Title: Senior Programme Security Manager

Salary: From £54,793
What you’ll be doing:
- This role will require you to manage protective security requirements
- You will support the review & analysis of risks
- Ensuring you advise on response to security incidents
- You will be required to support delivery of assurance inspections
- A requirement will be to liaise with key stakeholders to support continuous improvement
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Protective Security specialist, with clear exposure to cyber, information and personnel security areas
- Experience in Security Risk Management and auditing (utilizing ISO, NIST or MOD standards)
- Experience of implementing security integration and governance requirements across MoD & industry partnerships
- Demonstrable ability to work with varied stakeholders to achieve outcome-based solutions to protective security challenges and risks
Desirable:
- Proven understanding and experience of operating the JSP440 (Joint Service Publication)

The Europe and International Security Team:
The role will form part of a rapidly growing team, with a responsibility to provide a range of protective security solutions and outputs to the Europe and International Business; securing the Hawk and Eurofighter platforms is at the core at of the post. There will be a requirement to liaise extensively with a range of stakeholders and will involve international travel opportunities. The role will bring lots of opportunity for further career development in a key area of the business
