Job Title: Senior Engineer – Systems Engineering

What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with the central whole-boat Systems Engineering team to understand programme direction and processes
- Follow guidance to support the delivery team in effectively implementing programme standards as required
- Use modelling scenarios to aid in managing and developing requirements
- Support the creation and refinement of requirements and acceptance criteria
- Act as a liaison between the engineering team and the broader programme team to ensure alignment and effective communication
Your skills and experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (STEM subject preferred) or significant experience in a related role/field
- Proven operational experience in Systems Engineering
- Background in requirements management
- Familiarity with governance and processes in high-hazard industries
- Effective communicator with strong computer literacy

The Engineering Delivery team:
This role serves as an excellent career springboard, allowing you to build technical expertise while developing mentoring and leadership skills. There are opportunities to initiate and lead projects, as well as coordinate across the programme, providing exposure to the full lifecycle of the vessel. Additionally, you’ll expand your professional network across the entire Submarines programme.
