Job title: Project Manager – Collaboration Services

Salary: £54,793 – £60,326
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing business needs and subsequent projects as well as internal suppliers, external/3rd party suppliers and vendors where required to effect project delivery
- Responsible for project delivery aspects against the allocated programme of works as well as managing customer business needs through to fulfilment
- Ensure that AIR governance and service delivery standards will be embedded into the project lifecycle e.g. Operational Readiness Review (ORR) where applicable
- Ensure that quality of reporting and metrication is at the Digital Transformation Services (DTS) standard and will maintain the governance from the DTS Project Manager Office (PMO) in regards to project delivery
Your skills and experiences:
- Stakeholder & supplier management of projects and allocated programmes of work
- Knowledge of the understanding and translation of requirements
- Good working knowledge of a project manager toolset
- Previous experience of project delivery
- Handling multiple projects at a time
- A qualification/certificate such as PRINCE, ITIL, PMI is desirable

The Deployed Environments – Operations team:
In this role, you will be accountable to the Service Operations Manager within the Deployed Environments Department.
The Deployed Environments Team is responsible for delivery and coordination of major digital infrastructure and collaborative services into the AIR as part of the Digital Technology Services (DTS) function. This is a varied role and some of the projects you will work on include collaborative services such as Wi-Fi installation, digital signage, mobile phone networks, virtual application services and other emerging collaborative technologies.
