Job Title: Project Leader – Training Delivery

Location: Barrow in Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Starting from £45,628 – depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the team delivering all training as a result of the SSNA improvement projects
• Facilitating and delivering our Launchpad events – facilitating end-to-end induction to the business and programme over 7 days
• Supporting the development of and lead in-person training
• Hosting Sustainable Operational Excellence system of work with the team conducting activities such as identifying and resolving escalations, driving problem-solving activities and leading Daily Stand Up meetings
• Collaborating and partnering with other Project Leaders across the team
• Transitioning instructor led training to a Business As Usual state

Your skills and experiences:

• Experience with planning courses and finance management within a Project Management capacity
• Demonstrable experience designing, developing and delivering face-to-face training courses
• Experience developing a capability of instructor-led trainers
• Team leadership and coaching experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

The Business Change & Training team:

This is a unique, fast-paced role providing fantastic exposure to the wider SSNA function. We are currently in our infancy stage of partnership with the USA and Australia and have received requests to roll-out our training in the States. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
