Job Title: Project Leader – SSNA International Partnership

Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £45,628+, depending on skills & experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with our international partners to facilitate the incorporation of international technology, knowledge and data into the UK Submarine programme
  • Overseeing of International Embedments, including robust Knowledge Transfer plans are progressed, and the benefits to the business are monitored through metrics and presented to senior stakeholders and international partners
  • Working with technical leads to coordinate progress reviews, develop requirements for international workshops and facilitating supporting activities
  • Monitoring the Successes, Risks and Issues for upward reporting and formulating solutions
  • Collaborating with International Partners to identify required supporting documentation, and expediting delivery

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Demonstrable Project Management experience
  • Experience in reporting writing
  • Good stakeholder management experience, ideally up to senior leadership level, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ or Prince2)
  • Understanding of Project Lifecycle Management
