Job title: Project Leader – Nuclear Skills and Capability

What you’ll be doing:
- Working with stakeholders to deliver a full Systematic Approach to Nuclear Training to support the organisational strategy, nuclear training, and associated competency requirements
- Leading, mentoring and coaching trainees and sub projects to ensure sensitive security protocols are supported and adhered
- Attending and supporting Nuclear Safety Committees as necessary and all associated working groups in relation to LC/AC 10 (Nuclear) Training
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of working within a training environment
- Experience working within a nuclear area, with a strong understanding of nuclear boat build, Nuclear Hold Points and Build Phases Management experience
- Applying tactical plans related to people management
- Relationship management experience and the ability to influence at all levels

The Nuclear Skills & Capability team:
The Nuclear Capability team govern our Organisation in order to maintain Nuclear Safety for the site ensuring we have the right roles filled by the right people with the right nuclear skills. This role offers great exposure due to the cross function programmes and you will have the opportunity to work with Industry Experts. The team will see a significant increase in demand and is anticipated to grow as we continue further into the Dreadnought Build Activities and all future programme needs. We offer relocation support across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
