Job Title: Production Test Engineer
Location: Fife – Hillend. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role
Salary: Up to £42,000 dependent on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Test and debug a wide range of medium complexity printed circuit board assemblies
- Diagnose a wide range of medium complexity manufactured products with limited technical support
- Test in accordance with defined Test Schedule/Instruction
- Use a wide range of complex test equipment
- Use business systems to record product history/compliance
- Support and assist in the training of personnel
- Work with minimal supervision
Your skills and experiences:
- Understand a range of technical disciplines e.g. analogue, digital, RF and micro-processing
- Hold experience/Knowledge is fully transferrable within the P&TS product base
- Understand and comply with all relevant Business Management System (BMS) procedures and understand and comply with business SHE policies
- Have a technical related qualification to HNC level or equivalent experience

The Production Test team:
The team comprises of 8 Test Engineers with a varied range of experience from recently employed Apprentices to experienced Principal Test Engineers. The Production Test Team report directly to one of 2 Production Supervisors who in turn report directly to the site Production Manager.
