Job title: Procurement Professional
Location: Barrow-In-Furness

Salary: £40,748.00
What you’ll be doing:
- Being accountable for all related Supply Chain activity in line with area of responsibility
- Communicating effectively with functional and external stakeholder management and deputise for the Procurement Leader as required
- Contract management – major subcontract & transactional
- Expectation for supplier visits on a regular occasions
- Working alongside the Electrical IDT
- Maintain, reporting and managing information in line with programme requirements
Your skills and experiences:
- Supply Chain, Procurement or Project Management experience
- Excellent Stakeholder Management
- ERP & PLM System knowledge
- Microsoft Package User
- Experience of working within aerospace, defence and/or MOD packages

The Electrical IDT Procurement team:
As a Procurement Professional at BAE Systems, you will be working centrally to support deployed Supply Chain Professionals, enabling & empowering the team through the delivery of People, Process, Toolsets & Reporting on the SSNA programme. This is a Fast paced, commercial procurement environment with a varied range of development opportunities, working as part of a diverse team to deliver part of the UK’s National Defence Programme. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
