Job Title: PMO Governance Analyst
Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Up to £44.000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor all aspects of the programmes and project’s performance independently of the Portfolio Delivery Lead, Programme & Project Manager
- Manage all aspects of governance and project change control
- Manage and conduct regular project assurance / quality reviews on all programmes and project’s from concept (demand) to closure
- Checking the performance and providing an independent view of how the project is progressing
- Review governance reporting, providing analysis and insight to inform improvement and / or corrective activities
- Ensure LCM compliance reporting is managed in line with central reporting cycles and is responsible for aggregating for senior reporting
Your skills and experiences:
- Competent in project assurance
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders to achieve business success
- Competent knowledge of LCM, business analysis, project management, change management and business process re-engineering concepts and techniques
- Ability to find and adopt best practice

The Enterprise IT PMO team:
This role has responsibility for supporting the successful operation of the Programme & Project (P&P) Project Management Office (PMO). Providing central support within the PMO team, carrying out administration duties critical to the day to day operations.
