Job Description
Job title: Logistics Inventory Controller
Location: RAF Lossiemouth; We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £28,536 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and control TFST Synthetic serviceable and unserviceable assets. This role will monitor and control receiving, storing and despatching of assets
- The operation of INSIGHT asset management database and JIRA service desk system
- Recording and actioning of Public Stores Account and Stocktaking programme
- Management of assets within a SAP environment, adhering to mandatory polices and processes
- Liaising with ATSS Warton, Repair agents, Transport agents and Export Control
- Stores husbandry
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- A knowledge of Inventory / Supply chain management techniques
- An awareness of Export Control and International Traffic in Arms regulations
- IT Literate, proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel and Word
Desirable:
- Competent use of the RAF Logistics MJDI system

The Logistics Inventory Controller team:
As part of this role you will manage and control TFST Synthetic serviceable and unserviceable assets. This role will monitor and control the receiving, storing and despatching of assets. The role will operate within a SAP environment.
