Job Title: HR Advisor

Salary: £54,793+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Building a deep understanding of both business winning and industrialisation context and related people challenges, using insights to drive change and improve workforce performance
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for increased efficiency and synergy in the delivery of people services, ensuring that processes are both effective and people-friendly
- Engaging with critical business processes through tools like SuccessFactors, Qualtrics and internal data dashboards ensuring that industrialisation and business winning teams are well-informed and supported throughout any change initiatives
- Delivering high quality, accurate, and efficient end-to-end HR services to support the industrialisation team and broader business objectives
- Collaborating with strategic leadership and management to deploy integrated, business-focused solutions that emphasise both operational excellence and the wellbeing of the workforce
- Championing the importance of a people-first approach in all industrialisation activities, ensuring that technical and operational changes enhance employee engagement and performance
Your skills and experiences:
- Human Resources or related subject degree or equivalent experience
- Associate member of the CIPD, working towards it, or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, along with an awareness of external market standards and trends
- Experience working in international markets, particularly in the Middle East, with specific exposure to environments in regions such as KSA, Turkiye, and Qatar

The Industrialisation service delivery management Team:
You will support the Industrialisation service delivery management team, People Managers, and the wider HR team to develop and deliver the People Plan.
In this role, you will not only identify risks and opportunities but also actively create people-focused solutions that enable business outcomes and drive a culture of continuous improvement. You will provide operational advice and guidance to line managers on a range of employment, performance, and change management issues. By coaching and mentoring managers, you will embed best practices, enhance people manager capability, and ensure that our industrialisation teams are aligned, engaged, and supported throughout complex transformation processes.
Your role will also contribute to the Air Sector Strategic Campaign People and Organisation plans for KSA, Turkiye, and Qatar by partnering with Centres of Expertise (CoEs) to develop innovative solutions and strengthen our employee value proposition (EVP).
