Benefits:

As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts – you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.

The AUKUS Programme team:

By joining the team, you will have a strategic impact on the AUKUS Programme. You will have a rare opportunity to influence and drive key projects within this high-profile submarine programme, fostering UK-Australia defence collaboration and contributing to international security.

You will have a fantastic opportunity to work directly with stakeholders in the UK and Australia, building an international network and gaining invaluable experience in cross-border project delivery and management. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
