Job Title: Global Mobility Business Partner

Location: All Shared Services Sites. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £55,000 – £62,000 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing employment propositions associated with new or expanding locations
  • Supporting the Global Mobility Transformation programme
  • Undertaking specific projects in support of the Company’s Global Mobility strategic vision and managing, co-ordinating the delivery of key operational processes and activities
  • Partnering with HR Teams to support developing attraction strategies to ensure key resource can be mobilised in support of campaigns/programmes
  • Maintaining a strong focus on cost management and advising the business on the level of support to be provided to individuals
  • Working collaboratively with key specialists to minimise risks to assignees and the business when considering all overseas projects and providing guidance to bid teams i.e., HR, corporate tax risk, personal tax risk, immigration, policy etc
  • Supporting wider team members who provide bid support, business advisory, international assignments, international hires, permanent relocations, locally engage employees where there is no local HR support
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for advice and guidance for key stakeholders, acting as the ‘intelligent supplier’ and identifying opportunities for how the service and end to end processes can be made more efficient and effective
  • You’ll also have people manager responsibilities in this role

Your skills and experiences:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Global Mobility / International assignment
  • Good understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent understanding of Global Mobility policies and principles around personal tax, corporate tax, immigration, and employment law issues relating to Global Mobility
  • People Management Skills
  • Good organisational and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure
